Please tell me why a plane from your airport flew over my house around 8pm tonight dropping tootsie pops. That is not only illegal, but some one could have been hurt or my windows could have been shattered. I also have two dogs that could have been hurt, both from the force of the candy hitting them or from them ingesting the candy. If this happens again I will report it to the FAA
